Training and Demonstration Sessions Costs
A complimentary in-classroom training hour will be allocated to all main stand holders who have contracted before 1st October 2008. Companies wishing to demonstrate their equipment or services need to also sign up to exhibit as a main stand holder.
Please note that the date that the exhibitor signed up will influence, in part, the allocation of prime time training and demo slots.
Initially, main stand holders are invited to apply for up to 3 hours in each facility (2 for the classroom as 1 hour is complimentary), but this is NOT guaranteed and subject to availability. Intelligent Exhibitions Ltd cannot guarantee any sessions until the committee have met, reviewed all the contracts and formulated the programme.

*Please note: Exhibitors are eligible for the Association of Maritime Scientific Industries (AMSI) discounted rates on the basis that they are members either at time of booking or within three months of booking and must remain so until the end of the event.
Bring Your Own Vessel
First you must ensure you have signed up as an exhibitor at Ocean Business 2009.
Once you have done that, you will need to first fill in the Ocean Business Training and Demonstration Contract and fax it back to the organisers.
Secondly, you must fill in the Training and Demonstration Information Form for each session you plan on hosting.
Limited space is available for those companies wishing to bring along their own vessel. Berthing and administration charges available on request.
