How to book a place
Step One
Identify which session(s) you want to attend by looking at the training and demo programme http://www.oceanbusiness.com/forum/programme.aspx or for a quick reference by company alphabetic order go to http://www.oceanbusiness.com/forum/AlphaOrder.aspx Keep a note of the sessions you want to attend.
Step Two
Register in advance to attend Ocean Business to save yourself lengthily queues on site via the following link http://www.smartregister.co.uk/events/iexhib/OB09
Step Three
Arrive early at the show to book your place on your desired session(s). You can do this via the Training and Demonstration Bureau, which is located at the back of the exhibition, to view the plan go to http://www.oceanbusiness.com/exhibitors/floorplan.aspx (We advise you to arrive early as places are limited and we work on a first come first served basis).
Step Four
If there is space in your desired session(s), your name will be added to the master list and you will be issued with a ticket which will allow you access to that session. If all the tickets are gone, there will be a certain amount of ‘stand-by’ tickets, so you can still go along to that session, but you will have to wait and see if someone else doesn’t turn up before you will be allowed access.
Step Five
Make your way to each session in plenty of time, some of the session locations take time to get to – and be warned, you do have to walk outside, so dress appropriately.
Step Six
Present your ticket on arrival.
