The timing of each day is as follows:

We look forward to seeing you at Ocean Careers 2013

Registration 10:00-11:00

From 10am each day you can sign up for one-on-one speed sessions with professionals in the industry and find out all you need to know from qualifications to lifestyle! You cannot sign up in advance of each day and limited spaces will be available so it's first-come first-served!

Industry Presentations 11:00-12:20

Professionals in the industry including oceanographers, geophysicists, hydrographic surveyors and business development managers, will give group presentations to all attendees on a variety of job opportunities available within the marine science and ocean technology industry.

Lunch break 12:20-14:00

This time has been left free in the Ocean Careers programme for attendees to take a lunch break and visit Ocean Business where 300 of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers will be displaying their latest products and promoting their services.

One-on-One Speedy Sessions 14:00-15:25

The speedy meetings are an opportunity for you to meet with the industry professionals on a one-on-one basis. These meetings need to be pre-booked on the morning at the Ocean Careers information area outside Lab M. First-come, first-served so make sure you sign up as soon as you arrive in the morning!

This session will consist of nine 10 minute speed meetings where students can meet face-to-face with industry professionals and find out all they need to know about the industry from qualifications to lifestyle!
