Pre-registration pack

All pre-registered visitors to the show will receive a registration pack including their show badge and important information on how to get to the show. As official sponsor, we reserve the back page for your corporate advert which is the ideal opportunity to let your buyers know that you will be in attendance and to encourage dialogue pre-show.

The Ocean Business 2013 website is the main information and communication vehicle for the show with the exhibitors directory page being one of the most regularly visited. A limited number of exhibitors can have their logo prominently displayed on this page.

Registration Confirmation – advertise your company

 

All visitors to the show register via the website and are sent an email confirmation. Become the sponsor and have your logo and link on each email that goes to everyone that pre-registers.

Send an email to all pre-registered visitors

Simply provide us with your html email and we will send it out to all registered visitors in advance of the show. Subject to schedule by the event organiser and data protection laws.

Lanyards

Lanyards are handed out to all visitors attending the show. Simple but effective, this option offers you the chance to have your logo literally hung around every attendees’ neck!

Route Planner

With a number of classrooms, a test tank, the dockside waters, vessels moored at the pontoon and over 300 exhibiting companies – helping visitors to find their way around is more necessary than ever at this event! Sponsor the official route planner and the back page will be reserved for your corporate advert with your stand highlighted on the plan.

Navigational Floor Tiles

A great way to seriously highlight your presence at the show. Have your logo displayed prominently on the show floor at various locations and subtly lead the visitors to your stand.

£1,950 for ten floor tiles

Large floorplans are displayed at various locations throughout the show floor. As official sponsor your company logo will be displayed on each plan and your stand highlighted.

Banner Opportunities

Have your corporate advert displayed on floor to ceiling banner boards at various locations throughout the show.

Delegate Bags

All delegates will receive a branded conference bag complete with the sponsoring organisations logo.

Target the delegates whilst they enjoy a much needed cup of coffee. As official sponsor your logo will be added to the conference program highlighting your support and your logo will be placed on the refreshment area signage.

Gala Dinner

Plans for the ever popular Gala Dinner are in full swing. As official sponsor of the Gala Dinner, your logo will be added to the invitations, included on all publicity relating to the dinner and a place on the top table will be reserved for one of your representatives.

International Wine Trail

Delegates will be invited to participate in our wine trail by sampling the range of wine available at stations sponsored by a select group of exhibitors. The sponsoring exhibitor can be confident they will meet the majority of delegates – or at the very least – those that enjoy a glass of wine! Limited stations available.

Catalogue Advertising

This all inclusive show catalogue incorporates the exhibitor entries, floorplans, exhibitor list and details of all demonstrations and training sessions taking place over the course of the event and the Offshore Survey conference programme.
