Book an Exhibit Stand

To book an exhibit stand please complete and return the Request For Exhibit Space Form (click here to download the form) highlighting your preferred stand number and the amount of space you require.  We will then send you a formal contract which must be signed and returned to Intelligent Exhibitions Ltd.  At this stage your booking will be confirmed.

Exhibit Space Only

We provide the floor space and you use your own suppliers to design a unique stand which meets your budget and specification requirements.
AMSI Rate* - £290 per square metre
Regular Rate - £330 per square metre

Shell Scheme Stands

The shell scheme stand includes exhibit space plus hard walls, carpets, lights and fascia board with company name. It does not include electricity, which can be ordered separately.
AMSI Rate* - £336 per square metre
Regular Rate - £376 per square metre

*Please note: Exhibitors are eligible for the Association of Maritime Scientific Industries (AMSI) discounted rates on the basis that they are members either at time of booking or within three months of booking.

Training and Demonstration Sessions Costs (Optional)

A limited number of complimentary in-classroom one hour training sessions will be available on a first come, first served basis. These hours will be allocated based on the date that the ‘Request for Exhibit Space’ form was received.

Please note that the date that the exhibitor signed up will influence, in part, the allocation of prime time training and demo slots.

Main stand holders may purchase up to 2 x one hour in-classroom training sessions AND up to 3 x one hour vessel, test tank or dockside training sessions.

Bring Your Own Vessel

Limited space is available for those companies wishing to bring along their own vessel. Berthing and administration charges available on request.
